I made an appointment while I was in New york and the coordination from staff until the day of my appointment was extremely helpful. We were in touch with whatsapp. I had work done by Dr. Adriana and Dr. Hector. Dr. Adriana was extremely patient with me and was very thorough about her work. She answered all my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable. I liked her work so much, she was extremely professional. Dr. Hector is a very nice human being, he explained things to me at length, was very professional and friendly at the same time. He is amazing at what he does. He gave me his personal cell phone number and explained the prescriptions to me at length. I even contacted him over the phone when i was at pharmacy, he was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. All the staff is very professional, the place is super clean, they have latest technology and they even played music for me in the background when i was nervous.

I had a very good experience at OrtoDental. Dr Hector is a great orthodontist and takes a lot of care and interest in every case. In my case, my treatment was only 12 months and I am very happy with the results with invisalign. He was very accommodating, and worked around my schedule as I was often traveling and lived in a different city. I highly recommend!

I don’t post reviews often, but I want everyone to know how incredible OrtoDental is. I’m super particular about my teeth, mostly because I’m a big baby when it comes to pain. This dentist and his team blew me away with their exceptional bedside manner, experience, friendly and very clean environment. Dr. Héctor Alatorre and his team of experts dramatically changed my smile. I have a bigger and brighter smile now!! I had to correct my bite (dog bite), straighten my top and bottom teeth after years of neglect. The consultation for my aligner trays was so thorough, I was excited to start my treatment right away. Months later, I continued treatment even after moving back to the US from Mexico. Not only do I love visiting Mexico City, but I love the warm welcome and gold star service I receive every appointment at this office. Thank you OrtoDental!!
