With the latest systems of fixed dental braces, it can be achieved that the dental brace is as inconspicuous as possible - braces and wire are placed on the inside of the dental arch so that the device is completely invisible, the so-called lingual dental apparatus. This approach enables flawless aesthetics, but is significantly more expensive than the usual ones, in which the device is placed on the outside of the tooth.
